Malaysian Volunteer Rescue Team as part of Malaysian Civil Assistance Society Body were both inspired by Mr. Wan Abu Bakar Bin Wan Omar as the main founder of this organization. He wanted to provide assistance and training in various fields without limitations and recognition. For him, the effects of war and famine must be stopped immediately while the effects of suffering due to natural disasters also need to be given serious attention and given immediate recovery assistance.
